Crawler Crane generally used for material shifting and erection works. It is also used to hold Vi bro

hammer & Mounting Mechanical Drilling Rigs.

Different Parts of the Plant :

Undercarriage, Rotating Table, Winch, Boom, Cabin, etc.

Capacity :

Maximum capacity of the Crane is At 730  angle of the Boom and 450 Gives the minimum capacity.

Manpower requirement :

One Operator and Two labor.

Power requirement :

Engine mounted on the Crane provide Power for movement and hosting.

Normal Production :

As this equipment is used for Misc.materials handling its normal Production cannot be well defined.

Fuel Consumption :

12 ltr/hr

Advantage :

It is a very economical and effective system of material handling.

Disadvantage :

Movement of the Crane is slow  & restricted in paved Road
