CONCRETE PUMP

General Usage :

Concrete Pump is used to pump concrete  at different height and distance without manual labor.

Different Parts of the Plant :

Chassis, Prime Mover, Reciprocating Pump, Air 

Compressor, Hopper, Pipe Lines, Bend etc.

Normal Input Material :

Ready Mix Concrete with the proper slump.

Manpower requirement :

One Operator and Fore labor for fixation of the pipe line.

Power requirement :

50 HP Motor or equipment, Diesel Engine can run this Machine.

Normal Production :

30 cum/hr and can lift 100 m height or 200 m horizontal distance.

Fuel Consumption :

      7 ltr/hr

Advantage :

Continuous mass concreting in any height and the place can be done very fast.

Disadvantage :

Frequent interruptions and low volume of concreting is not desirable
