General Usage :
Batching Plant produces Ready mix
Concrete as per Requirement and standard.
Different Parts of the Plant :
Main Frame, Mixing Drum, Skip Bucket with a weighing system, Cement Silo, Different Input.
Normal Input Material :
Different size Aggregates, sand, Cement, Water, etc.
Special feeding arrangement :
Sometimes a special feeding arrangement is
required to feed some Chemical additives, Ice Flake or Chilled Water & Fly
Ash etc.
Quality Control :
Total Quality is controlled by automatic
Digital weighing and control system.
Manpower requirement :
One Batching Plant and a Scraper Operator
are able to run this Plant but few more supporting staffs are required for
feeding the cement silo/manual feeding the cement Hopper. Maintain proper water
level of the water in the vat and pressure in Air Compressor. A Loader is
required for shifting the material in the bins.
Power requirement :
75 KW (For 30 cum Plant)
Normal available :
capacity 80% of rated capacity
in ideal cases, it may decrease depending
upon site and feeding conditions and availability of sufficient Transit Mixer
or Dumper for transporting concrete.
