General Usage :

Crushing Plant is used to producing The aggregate of desired size and stone dust

Different Parts of the Plant :

Grizzly Feeder, Primary Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, Vi bro Feeder, VSI, Vibrating Screen, Belt Conveyor, etc.

Normal Input  Material :

Aggregates Boulders (maximum 600 mm)

Quality Control :

Quality of the Product is controlled by the well designed VSI & Cone Crusher

Manpower requirement :

Normally 16 Staff (including 2 Operators, 4 Mechanic, 2 Electrician, and 8 Helper) are required for smooth operation.

Power  requirement :

632 KW Except lighting

Fuel Consumption :

2 x 500  KVA  DG Set=110ltr/hr.

Advantage :

Fast production, good quality of aggregates. Percentage of different size as required may 

be controlled by adjustment.

Disadvantage :

The entry of foreign material like teeth of Loader etc.To Crusher may damage the Jaw or Cone. Crusher Operates in a Hazardous and Dusty atmosphere, so the environmental problem may be there. Being sophisticated equipment, expert personnel are required to operate & maintain.
